8. Data Lifecycle & Retention

8.1 User-Initiated Data Deletion

You may delete your data at any time through your account settings. Upon initiating a deletion request, all associated genomic data, analysis results, and personal information will be permanently removed from our active systems within 7 business days. Once deleted, this data cannot be recovered.

8.2 Data Retention Period

During an active service agreement, your data is retained for as long as necessary to provide our services. We do not retain your data indefinitely. If your account remains inactive for a continuous period of 12 months, we will notify you before taking any action regarding your stored data.

8.3 Data Retention Upon Contract Termination

Upon termination or expiration of your service agreement, Mamidi Health LLC will retain your data for a period of 30 days ("Post-Termination Retention Period"). During this period, you may request a copy of your data for export. After the 30-day retention period, all your data, including genomic data, analysis results, reports, and personal information, will be permanently and irreversibly deleted from our systems.

8.4 Exceptions to Deletion

Certain data may be retained beyond the above timelines where required by applicable law, regulation, or valid legal process. In such cases, data will be retained only for the minimum period required and will be deleted promptly thereafter. Anonymized and aggregated data that cannot be used to identify you may be retained for research and service improvement purposes.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms of Service.

Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease. Your data will be handled in accordance with Section 8.3 (Data Retention Upon Contract Termination), providing you a 30-day window to export your data before permanent deletion.

Either party may terminate the service agreement by providing written notice. Mamidi Health LLC will make reasonable efforts to notify you in advance of any termination initiated by us, except in cases of Terms violations or legal requirements.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

By continuing to access or use our services after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
